Tilting at Windmills is a two-player game in which players control Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. The two characters move towards each other on the playing board. Players use movement cards to move either the knight or his companion. The design of the game was a complex task that involved all the illustration, graphic work and polishing some of the mechanics of the game. I was also responsible for editing a two-page game board, mission and character cards, box cover and rulebook.
When designing the game elements, I had to pay attention to the rulebook, as the game mechanics had to be clear and the visuals had to follow the narrative and create the atmosphere of the game.
